How do I change the color of my fonts on email messages?

I know that I can change font colors in individual messages, but why can't I set a color in the preferences tab and have it apply to all messages I write or reply to? This is a pretty routine Outlook functionality...

This is not an option in Entourage at this time.

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications.

Note: many lists will strip out this type of text. Colored text best used
with close friends only.

(sigh) You're not really very jolly, are you JR?

Go pick a fight with someone else. I was just asking a reasonable question.

I was looking for an answer to this same question (which I too consider to be perfectly reasonable). In the end I added some carriage returns to the start of my signature block (where you can specify the font colour). If you start your email a few lines down, the text comes out in the font colour of the signature. It isn't a perfect solution and you do have to delete the unwanted carriage returns but it saves the effort of manually changing the font colour after typing the email.
