How do I change the color of my fonts on email messages?

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I notice in a May forum this wasn't possible... but it's now August has entourage come up with a solution to this problem yet? Or do I need to go with doing a few returns where my signature as suggested on May forum? Strange you can have your signature other colours but not the rest
