how do I change the contact folder to save to in outlook

I am using an access template for contact database management. In the contact
list form, I have the option to save as outlook contact. This works, but, I
dont want to save it to the folder 'contact, I want to save it to a folder
that I have created called 'book of business'. How do I change the
destination to this new folder in my contacts?
