How do I change the date created for a phone log

I am putting in phone logs that occurred days ago, is there a way to change
the date that it occurred? If I type it up today, it shows todays date in
the history tab.

the history tab.

Change the system date to whatever you want and then enter the phone
logs. To change the system date, right-click on the task bar where you
see the time and this will allow you to "Adjust Date/Time". This is
normally the second item on the list.
