How do i change the default font in Outlook 2007 for multiple pcs

i need to change the default font in Outlook 2007.

If if modify the normalemail.dotm the changes do not replicate to Outlook
2007. The only way i can change the font is to do Tools, Options, etc. etc

This works fine for one pc but i need to make a change to multiple PCs and
do not want to have to log in to each PC and do this. Surely i can do it via
a template?
