How do I change the default langaug for VSTA in InfoPath?

When I add new code to a new template. VSTA comes up with Visual Basic -
which I do not want to use.

How can I switch this to C#?

Note that I mean a new template. Make a new template, drop in a button, go
to "Ediit Form Code" - and I want C#, not visual basic.
