how do I change the default zoom?

When I opened my documents this morning, they are set to 150% in zoom. I can
reset each time I open, but I can't seem to find out to reset the default
back to 100%.

recent versions of Word sometimes seem to lose the plot and open documents
at a different view from the one in which they were saved.
