I am using PPT 2003. I have a set of PPT slide shows from a textbook
publisher. I want to add notes to each slide to help with my teaching. The
Notes Master has font settings of 24 and 12 points for the outline. (These
sizes are correct for Print Preview.) But the Normal View Notes pane shows
only a 6 point font. This is hard to read and edit. I want to change these
presentations so that the font displays larger in Normal View.
I have tried changing the Notes Master with no effect. I have changed the
font size of the Notes text while in Normal View, but it only changed the
size of what is printed or displayed in Print Preview. I have tried saving
the presentation as a Web page and reloading it without any success--no
change to the Notes Pane.
When I start a new presentation, the Notes Pane shows a 12 point font.
There are NO macros in the presentations. But I have the ability to enter a
macro if that will help.
How do I change these presentations to display the Notes Pane with a larger
font size?
