How do i change the DPI?can't upload a JPEG onto an online catalo

I am trying to upload photo's saved as JPEGS onto and online catalogue but
for some reason they will not load. I have checked that the pictures are
within the pixel limit and in the right format but they still won't upload.
Was wondering if it had something to do with DPI but have no idea how to
change this? HElp!

The catalog you are uploading to may have:
Limit on file size
Limit on image dimensions
etc.
