How do I change the font that appears in the dialog boxes?

When I click on the Open file button, the Open File dialog box comes up.
The font that appears in the drop-down list (where we select the drive/file
to be opened) seems to be small and different from the usual font.
How to change this? I am using Word 2003

Hi Chang

You can't change this just for Word. You can change some of the Windows
settings at Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes.
