How do I change the fonts in Outlook Today

I wish to change the font size in the Outlook Today View.
How do I do it?

Tools, Options, Read (to view)

Outlook has no Read or Compose tabs, likewise OE has no Outlook Today page.

Ahh my error - I was thinking of Outlook Express (where are these darn
glasses!)
