How do I change the format from Day/Month to of Month/Day?

I'm trying to change the date format on the minor units on a Gantt Chart. The
dates are currently in the day/month format and I want it to read month/day.
I've searched for a way to change this and cannot find one. Thanks.

The date format is taken from the current Windows locale settings.
If your date format is correct for other operations then this may be
difficult, unless you have a spare PC that can be setup to use the
mm/dd/yy date format.
Otherwise, use Control Panel -> Regional and set the location to
somewhere that uses the mm/dd/yy format (only USA ?)

Thanks Paul,

Unfortuantely I was unable to change the format. The date format was set
properly in Control Panel. I even changed the country a couple of times (from
USA to Canada, etc.) but it didn't work. Thanks for trying.
