How do I change the format of an incoming email to have graphics?

For some unknown reason I now have several emails from companies
(Travelocity, Home Depot, etc.) that are coming in with only line after line
of links, no graphics. I used to receive these emails with graphics so what
changed? I use Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.

I am having the same problem with Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista. This is a
recent problem and I have received e-newsletters from companies like the
ones you mentioned.

I used System Restore yesterday and now the graphics are showing up. I had
to go back to June 13. So whatever automatic upgrades occurred after that
stopped these graphics from being visible.
