How do I change the height of cross-functional bands

I have a cross-functional flowchart that needs eight swimlanes, howeever
anything after five goes off the end of the document in horizontal mode. Is
there someway to reduce the height of the bands so I can fit more swimlanes?

Hi William,

I have done the following
1. open a cross-functional flowchart
2. when asked for the number of bands select 5
3. select a band so that the green handles of the textbox on the left sight
is up
4. edit-copy
5. edit-paste
6. edit-select all
7. file/page setup/page size/ and check 'size to fit drawing content'

But if needed you can set the height cell in any band to a lower value than
the current default value 30 mm.
