How do I change the language to English on Office applications?

My calendar in office 2003 is always listed in Thai language and I would like
to change it to English. I have used the help menu with no success by going
to Microsoft office tools to make sure that English is the 'enabled language'
and it is also the "language that defines default behavior"...but still no
success.

Any suggestions?
