How do i change the look of outlook today?

Please Help. Its driving me mad! - i had the option to Customize Outlook
today and chose "Winter theme" but now i would like to change it back to
"Summer Theme" - But i cannot find the solution of how to do this. ! - i have
tried open File then Personal.pst File but no option to change the layout or
look of Outlook Today.

Please please help.

I had the same problem and there is not scroll available in my case - because
all the contents are enought to be shown in one page. what can I do?
I have uploaded my outlook screen shot here
