How do i change the funky gradient effect on the toolbars
in office 2003 applications back to the old Office XP
style effects. I dont really dig the new look or am i
just stuck with the way it looks now?

You're stuck with eye-strain until the Office designers are old to suffer
from the same problems.

Unfortunately, you'll see the gradient style unless you've turned off themes
in the OS.
