How do i change the menu language to English?

I have an MS Office installation in Norwegian and would like to know how I
can change the language to english so it makes it easier for me to navigate
the menu's and functions! (Since ofcourse i am a native english speaker and
dont know a word of Norwegian) :)

You can't. You will have to purchase and install an English localized
version of Office to get English menus.

XP office has global fonts to enable menus and helpfiles and so on an
so forth in English you need the OLP (office language pack for English
You can download it with out much ado on the filesharing networks
