I am trying to get the contact names as they appear in my address book to
appear last name first. I read the help article
entitled "Display the Contacts list in LastName, FirstName format. I
completed the format change as instructed, but some of the names won't
change the way they appear in the address book. I have even deleted the
entry and re-entered it and it still shows in in my sort as first name - last
name. What else should be done?
