How do I change the name of the user in outgoing messages?

I just set up my email on my new computer, and ran a test email. The test
message came up with the wrong name. I checked the account settings, and my
name is correctly entered there. How do I fix my name on my outgoing message?

Hi have you type your name in the following field
tools | email account | view or change existing email account | mark the
changing account | change | more settings | and in the general tab there you
can type your name.

Hello

I am just in the process of deploying Outlook.

Is there anyway to fill in the Fullname automatically during installation?

I have tried putting %Fullname% in the CIW but it does not work.

Any suggestions are welcome.
