how do i change the override from phone to outlook?

I synced my HTC touch pro at my office with active sync and outlook. i got
home and tried to sync it to my laptop (vista) and it erased all my contacts
from my cell phone (over 150 names and numbers). how do i set the option to
ovveride the phone and make the computer's contacts and calendar events to
get it put back on my phone. i haven't reconnected to the office computer
until i find out. Please HELP!!!!!

Its either a setting in activesync or on the phone - if you can't find it,
try howardforums.com - they have forums for all phone makers, models and
cell providers and can tell you exactly where to look for the options.
