How do i change the properties of a picture?

Well I am trying to get pictures in my mp3 but it will only hold bmp. The
properties of my pictures are jpg and i have not idea how to change them. I
am using Microsoft Office Picture Manager

You open the Picture in your application and see of it has a 'save as' bmp
Whether Picture manager has this option I couldnt say
