How do i change the Server name in Outlook 2002?

Hi there !
We've got 2 Exchange server . I moved 5 users Mailbox from server A toward
server B
Each time these 5 users launch Outlook, a displaying message inform that the
sever are in synchronisation state. And This synchrisation must be done each
time they launch outlook2002 . Someone there got idea ?

ps. :This pbm was not present with Outlook 2000
