how do I change the size of toolbar buttons in Office?

I run Windows XP - have MS Office professional 2003 and wish to enlarge the
Buttons on the toolbars in all the office programs.
I know I can change them to 'large' via Tools - Customise but they are far
too large then. Any way to increase them slightly? - my eyesight isn't that
good!
Thanks

Don't think so. Try right-clicking the desktop, select Properties, change the resolution
to something lower. And/or: same place, select Advanced, change the DPI to Large Size.
This has a down side: many input forms are hard coded for size so the text may overflow
and become unreadable.

Thanks 'rs' for your help - had already tried this and had same results as
you said. Lots of people I know say wish buttons could be changed - something
Microsoft should look at don't you think? It's not always the large changes
that make happy users is it?
