How do I change the time format in calendars?

When I import my Outlook calendar the time format for all apointments is in
24 hours (0900 - 1500 rather than 9:00 am to 3:00 pm) I CAN change each
apointment, but that takes a long time. Is there a way to specify the AM/PM
format "globaly"?

It seem's that there is a bug that fix the timeformat to 24h by default
withotu regarding the language that was selected in the import wizard.
Here is a drawback. You must modify the calendar template and specially the
meeting shape.

1. backup the CALNDR_M.VSS file (located in the visio template directory
(C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Visio11\1033 by default).
2. open the CALNDR_M.VSS file as original (located in the visio template
directory (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Visio11\1033 by default).
3. select the meeting shape and right click to select modify shape.
4. select the shape in the drawing.
5. display the shape sheet (menu Windows=>ShapeSheet).
6. locate the user-defined cells section.
7. locate the user.visTimePMFormat line select his contents and copy it in
the clipboard.
7. locate the user.visTime24Format line select his contents and paste.
8. Close all the windows, save the stencil.
9. Run the wizard.

that for you and send it back.
