How do I change the timebase of the work days for my project?

I work four days a week, and I used to work only three days a week. How do I
change the timebase for my workweek in my project?

Hi

Modify your project calendar through Tools > Change working time > work
weeks. In 'work weeks' option Double click on 'Default' and in the window
that opens, make changes for your weekly work days and holidays.
Automatically time scheduling calculations will happen as per your modified
calendar.
