How do I change the title of a contact when I print it?

I'm printing my contacts from my address book to save them in a binder for
quick reference while in the field. However, when I print them, the title of
each contact (at the top of the page) is MY NAME. I can't find an option
anywhere to modify this... I want the CONTACT NAME at the top of each
contact page (seems logical to me.... no?).
