How do I change the user/account that I'm sending an email from?

I have set up 2 email accounts on Outlook 2003 and I can't figure out how to
change which account I am sending an email from. I previously was using
Outlook Express and with it when I would click "create mail" there would be a
drop down menu on my new mail allowing me to choose which account I would
use. This drop down menu isn't there on Outlook 2003. I have tried changing
the account via the "accounts" drop down menu but it still goes from the
first account I had set up. Any help would be appreciated.

So in a brand new message, when you specifically select the other
(non-default) account in the Accounts button, you're 100% sure it isn't
working? That's how it's supposed to work....

I experimented by sending and email from account 2 to account 1, when I
checked my inbox I received an email from account 1 to account 1. Maybe I
haven't got them set up right. I am receiving email for both accounts, it is
only sending that is the problem.

If you have set up two different accounts correctly, when you hit "New" and
get the compose window up, next to the "Send" button should be an "Accounts"
button: - you can choose which account to send from there.

apparently, what you ask the OP to do has already been tried and isn't
working as it should.
