How do I change the work-hours/week for an individual resource?

Most resources work 40 hours/week. However, I have one that works 32
hours/week. How do I set his work hours (Change working time - Calendar) so
the duration will be set correctly (fixed work tasks).

Hi,

I fail to see the problem.
Yiu set it to 4 8 hour days or 4 7 hr and one 4 hrs or 3 6 hrs and 2 7
hrs... as long as the total is 32
Click the header of a day to change workuing hoursd for a day of the week
throughout the whole calendar.
