How do I change to a new e-mail address?

I'm having to change my e-mail but I don't know how to change Outlook to
accept when i request a download of new e-mails.

Delete the old defunct e-mail account. Create a new e-mail account. Or
just change the settings in the old account defined in Outlook to match up
with your new account. Follow the unidentified e-mail provider's help on
what are their settings.
