How do I change toolbars displayed at startup?

When I restart Project all the changes I made to my toolbars are lost. How
to I make changes to the toolbars that remain for every project I use?

Hello Cheetah,

May be your Global.mpt file is on Read only mode on your hard disk. Some IT
dept. prevent any change on the users disk for security reasons.
