how do i change visio 2007 ui background color

hello,
i want to change visio ui background color (from the default horrible blue
to something more normal)

how can i do that ?

menu Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Color Settings
or for the settings not there you will need to use the registry editor and look at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Visio\11.0\Colors
(but these only exist/work if on the above menu the option "Put all settings in Windows
registry" is selected.

Depends really on what you mean by the Visio UI. We can't see what bit
is the horrible blue.
Are the colors the same as the standard Windows colours? In which case
it might be that you need to change the colours in the Control Panel
-> Display -> Appearance

look, i'm using win 7 with dark theme,
my panel is u=in dark color, in office for exam i could change the color
scheme of the application to black, after that i tried to do the same in
visio, but cant find hoe to do it
