How do I check for Office updates only instead of Windows Update?

It has been removed. You need to use Windows Update or Microsoft Update now. You can
always click on Word,Excel etc Help\Check for Updates and go to the Office version
of your choice. Note: The Updates will be in there but there is no scan as to which
one you will need. You need to know which ones you want
