How do I check if I have all updates for WIN XP Office 2003?

#1 - PCWorld says MSOutlook has a junk filter upgrade for Office 2003,
KB891067. I did a search for this update, since I have MS "automatic" update
and didn't find "outlfltr.dat" in any in file or folder. We have WIN XP.
So I downloaded KB891067, but there was nothing in the C:programs to attach
this update to. The "Properties" show it is installed.
Office2003-kb828041-client-enu is also listed as a download in C:programs,
but no other updates.
#2 - This makes me wonder what other updates I have missing using the
"Automatic Update" feature.
#3 - I'm also thinking we are dealing with apples and oranges -- does
Outlook and Office coordinate as far as junk filters are concerned?

It can depend on which of the updating services you have.

http://update.microsoft.com has both Windows and Office updates.
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com - Windows updates
http://officeupdate.com - Office only updates (no auto update feature).
