how do i choose another link browser?

Outlook asked me to browse to my "link browser". I chose the wrong program.
Now my Outlook attempts to open web links in the wrong program. How do I
choose another link browser program???

I've already checked the Folder Options>File Types and they seem to be set
correctly for URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol and the others. I've been
searching Google for the past 2 hours for answers.
