How do I circle a word in a picture?

I have inserted a picture and I want to draw a circle around one of the words
in the picture - when I insert a shape - it covers up the word. Help!

Right click on your circle and click on Format AutoShare. On the Colors and
Lines tab, change the Fill, Color to No fill.
