how do I clean data in enen rows?

hi, i have a file that i don't need the data in even rows and my sheet have a
lot of rows that i can't delet even rows as usual with right click and using
delete. so how can i clean even rows?

Your question appears to be concerned with a spreadsheet. Perhaps it is
Excel.
