How do i clean up distribution group? Errant semicolons mock me.

So I have this distribution group, and when I first set it up ... was a mess.
But somehow I figured out how to clean it up.

Just have no idea what I did. And it's pretty long, so going through each
individual entry has been long and annoying and not exactly fixed the problem.

When I try to send using the dist group, outlook won't let me. If I expand
the distribution group in the to: field, there are four extra semicolons at
the very end. easy enough to delete at that point. But I would like to get
this figured out. I've tried the update button on the dist list and it's not
fixing it.
