How do I clear a 553 error domain not in allowed rctphosts?

I frequently get a system administrator message that reads:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

***@comcast.net on 8/29/2006 12:41 PM
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts

The addresses are people to whom I e-mail frequently and I get this system
administrator error message about every 3 or 4 sent e-mails.

Can anybodoy tell me how to fix this error?
