How do I clear a repeating erroneous error message in Outlook.

Whenever I sign into Outlook, I get an error message:
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6f9c 4 75b6f9c
75b6f9c

It finally goes away after clicking the "Continue" button about three times.

Previously the repeating message was something like: The drive has no disk

I have tried running Virus Scan and SpyBot, neither of which cleared the
problem.
