How do I clear Email Delay Delivery Option?

Under Options; My Delay Deliver Box is checked, I uncheck the box and hit
close. The email still delays. I reopen Options; and the Delay Delivery Box
is check again and defaults to 5:00PM of the current day. Round and round we
go; am i missing something here?

Are you using Outlook from home or from within a company? What version of
Outlook? What account type?

The first thing I'd try is to delete the SRS file from
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook (while Outlook's closed). If that didn't work,
I'd try a new mail profile.

How do I do that?

FYI - All of my outgoing mail is still in my outbox; it didn't even send
them at 5:00 PM.

My boss is having this problem. Not every e-mail. Not even consistently when he uses a particular account.

I tried deleting SRS file with not luck.

Close Outlook. Open Windows Explorer. Enter the path I gave you into the
Address field and click Go. This will open the folder and you will see the SRS
file. It will have the same name as your Outlook profile. Select it and
press or click Delete.

I am having the same problem with all my emails being created with an Auto Delay set to each one. Pluss they are all sitting in my outbox from the last couple days from not being sent at all. Can anyone please tell me if the deleting of the SRS file and creating a new profile has worked for fixing this issue.

Do you realize you're replying to a post from 2010?
Why did you hijack it instead of starting your own?
