how do I clear error message?

how do I clear the error message: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook
could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again." This
message repeats constantly while my microsoft outlook is opened.

That's BCM's default error message, when it doesn't have anything more
specific to show.

You could try turning on logging (in the BCM About dialog). Then, when
you get one of those errors, check the bottom of the log file and see
if it has anything indicating what the error might be.
