(Pardon the cross-post. I posted this elsewhere, but got no response.)
I just upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. I'm willing to give
the new look-and-feel a try, but there's one thing I don't like at
all.
When viewing a newsgroup (ordered by conversation) I want to be
able to collapse all the messages and just see the headings only.
Apparently the new '03 version doesn't allow this. The "collapse all"
function displays the heading AND the header information for the first
message (so it uses 2 lines instead of one for each conversation
topic). This makes for a very cluttered-looking display. Does anyone
know of a way to recover the "old" way of collapsing down to just a
list of the topics/conversations?
TIA,
Kevin
