How do I collect data via email for a specific record in a table,using Access 2007

I am an newbie user of MS Access 2007. I want to able to send a
specific record by email and update the record autimatically. My db
has 'cases/issues' assigned to different team leaders. So one team
leader might have multiple cases assigned to them. When I want to send
one of them for update it sends all the cases assigned to them. Is
there a way to solve this?
I will really appreciate any input/solution!!
