How do I combine "calendar" with "calendar in personal folders"

I now have two calendars and cannot seem to join them into one. I have
attempted to import/export but that is asking for file names and I dont know
where the calendar information is stored.

Display the By Category view, select all items, and Ctrl+drag to copy them
into the other calendar folder.
