How do I combine data from separate Excel rows

Some of the single column data that I copy from the Internet breaks into
separate rows when it is pasted into Excel. Is there a formula I can use to
bring it home to the correct row / text box? I paste an example, though there
may be 100 books in reality. Each item should be on a single row, and not go
to a second row.

Seeing the data I advise you to do this pasting in Word and format it with
tab orders.

I have tried what you advised but even in Word there is considerable work in
tabbing the whole text. Of course, I am open to being told there is a quick
way of doing this (which is why I want a macro or such). Ultimately I want to
import the data into Access. So data belonging to a particular heading must
be gathered on a single row.
