How do I combine databases?

I have several database with identical fields that I want to make ino one
database, okay for duplicates.

Open one of the databases do the following
File/Get External data/Link tables
select on of you other databases
select the table
Click ok

if you already have a table the same name the linked one
will be identified by having a (1) Aappended to it. It
will also have an arrow next to it.

Create and append query appending the newly linked table
records to the existing table in your db.
