How do I combine separate Cross-Functional Flow charts from Visio?

I have about 10 separate cross-functional flow charts of processes and
sub-processes, but would like to combine into one document to show the
interdependencies between them.

Is there an easy method to get them to link into one drawing?
Any third party software that can import and do a good job with this?
