How do I combine two notebooks that are on one computer?

I seem to have two notebooks on my computer. I can open them individually
but would like to combine into one.

How?

You can move the pages from one to the other. Select the pages to be moved,
right click, select move pages. Then tell it where you want the pages to end
up. You can also right click the section name of the section and move it in
a similar manner.

This merges the sections and pages into one notebook, but does not merge the
content on each page.
