How do I combine two top-level folders in my inbox?

Outlook Inbox Personal Folders help...

When I create my new http mail account (msn) it creates a new top-level
folder. How can I combine the two. Another way to put this question is, how
do I make the "Personal folder" Inbox catagory, be my msn account?

You can make your MSN folders your default delivery location if you have
Hotmail Premium Outlook Live, and the Outlook Connector.
